I’m Art Kaseman — a senior production operator building and running autonomous agent fleets and AI-driven infrastructure.
My background is in production infrastructure and systems operations: designing, hardening, and operating the systems that power software at scale. The work has expanded into the AI layer — the same structural discipline applied to a new domain. The through-line is the same: reliability under load, structural safety, cost that doesn’t drift.
I write from the operator’s seat. Judgment calls, tradeoffs, and what actually holds under production pressure — not tutorials, not theory. The kind of depth that only comes from operating it for real.
